The SOPRA is a support of hollow-core slabs with the purpose of creating gaps in the floor (passage of stairs, elevators, lights, etc.) without the need for propping and allowing the continuous assembly of the slab.
This element is made up of an “omega” shaped base together with a rectangular plate (back). In addition, it contains several reinforcements that improve the behavior of the hanger against applied loads. In cases where there is requested reinforcement against fire, a corrugated bar is provided to give some resistance against such actions.
In addition, depending on the degree of exposure, the SOPRA can be supplied with a primer, zinc, galvanized or stainless finish.
Depending on the dimensions of the hollow core slab and the loads applied to it, Noxifer has drawn up some graphs so that the customer can quickly select the most suitable SOPRA model for each particular situation. Below is an example of a graph referring to a 1.20 m plate. Wide:
To adapt to the different types of support, in addition to combining different slab edges, four SOPRA variants have been created to adapt the geometry of the hanger to the conditions defined in the project. The different models are shown below depending on the support conditions.
