As every year, on August 30 and 31, the Noxifer commercial convention was held in which the commercial department, the technical department and the directors of the company participated in order to establish strategies and improvements to be applied in the near future.
The convention began with an educational reminder of the full range of products on offer. This ensures that sales technicians can offer and find the most appropriate solution based on customer needs.
After lunch, logistical issues were deepened both in administrative terms (reception and processing of orders) and in terms of transport to increase the speed and efficiency of deliveries.
In addition, the new products that will go on sale in the following months were shown.
To conclude the first day, our commercial director showed an analysis of the sales with which the most important areas of action and the potential areas of action were discussed.
During the second day, the digital strategy was discussed, showing the updated material of the product range (forms, user manuals, renderings, technical data sheets...). In addition, the first designs of the new web page were projected, which are now available at the following link: www.noxifer.com.
At the end of the convention, some final evaluations were made where the productivity of the meeting was evaluated together with the sales balance of the technicians to date.
In conclusion, it was possible to reaffirm that the results of this exercise are being very satisfactory as a result of the high production efficiency, the quality of the products and the speed of delivery. For these reasons, customers continue to trust Noxifer as an essential supplier for their projects.
