CUBIX is a pocket with a corrugated profile used as a non-recoverable formwork system for embedding prefabricated concrete structures. This system is characterized by its fast assembly on site due to the low weight of the pocket. In addition, it is made to measure according to the dimensions of the pillar and can be supplied assembled or disassembled.
The Sleeve is a corrugated metal tube, circular or rectangular, that allows to create an empty space in the foundation, in which to insert the reinforcement bars of the element to be anchored. It is the most economical system and can be supplied in sections of 3 meters or made to measure according to the client's instructions.
The bolted joints by means of the AR column shoe and the TN anchor bolts allow quick assembly on site without the need for propping during the assembly phase. In addition, the regulation by means of screws guarantees a precise plumbing of the column. Finally, it is the only system through which column to column connections or column to wall connections can be made.
The mixed system that combines the Sleeve and the TN Anchor Bolts makes the most of the advantages of the bolted system together with the sleeved system.
